Gebhart Properties is a privately owned property management firm based in Baltimore, MD. We have been managing residential properties for over forty years and have worked continuously to develop a reputation of excellence in the location, construction, furnishing, and management of our properties.

Mr. Gebhart, our owner, has traveled extensively all over the world. One of his favorite destinations is the temperate climate, rare beauty, and ancient culture of the Hawaiian Islands. The love of the islands and his extensive experience in property management launched the Resort Lodging division of Gebhart Properties in Hawaii in 2004.

We have carefully selected our properties based on location, construction, surrounding attractions, and their suitability for customizing a unique and fabulous vacation home for travelers seeking an experience that cannot be found in a hotel room.
